Row 7 – 8: repeat row 1
Knit the thermis stitch pattern 3 times (4 rounds each)
Cast off 8 stitches on that side where there isn’t a buttonhole, you are now going to knit round not back and forward.
Knit the thermis stitch pattern 1 time (4 rounds)
Split the 88 stitches that is left in 6 parts,
I did it this way, the stitches between the cast on I did knit as the pattern either k or p
(Place a stitch marker, co1, k2, co1, follow the thermis pattern for the nest 12 stitches) x 6
Knit the 3 next rounds for the thermis pattern.
(k2, co1, k2, co1, k2 follow the thermis pattern until the next stitch marker) x 6
Knit the 3 next round for the thermis pattern
(k2, p1 co1, k2, co1, p1, k2, follow the thermis pattern until the next stitch marker) x 6
Knit the 3 next round for the thermis pattern
(k2, p2 co1, k2, co1, p2, k2, follow the thermis pattern until the next stitch marker) x 6
Knit the 3 next round for the thermis pattern
Repeat until you have the size you want, I did 8 times do the thermis patter (4 rounds = 1 time), from where I started the increase.
Every 4 row I increase 12 stiches.
The end:
1 row: p all stitches
2 row: k all stiches
3 row: p all stitches
4 row: k all stiches
5 row: p all stitches
